When I contacted support it took an hour for them to tell me that that’s not how the app works (incorrect). However, the real problem began when I received an email with a pdf, and DocuSign failed to import it. I am testing DocuSign as an alternative to SignEasy, which I have used for years. There is no multiple signer option when they’re all in the same room. It could benefit from a freehand option and a snail mail field. UPDATE: I received a reply from development.
